About

F1NE-TUNE’s Treasure is the tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of F1NE-TUNE, founded in September 2023 by educators and sisters, Dr. Rita Williams and Sonya Scott. United by a shared passion for education and community upliftment, Rita and Sonya envisioned an organization that would create lasting impact in the lives of young men.

Recognizing the unique challenges facing boys today, they established F1NE-TUNE’s Treasure with a mission to provide advocacy through education, empowerment, and exposure.

At the heart of our work is a belief that every young man holds untapped potential—a “treasure within”—waiting to be discovered and nurtured. Through innovative programs, engaging events, and strategic partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations, we strive to:

Educate their minds with academic support, resources, and opportunities for intellectual growth.

Empower their lives by building confidence, leadership skills, and practical tools for personal and professional success.

Expose their hearts to new experiences, cultures, and possibilities that expand their vision for the future.

School Supplies Drive

As we look ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, our goal is to provide 50 students with fully stocked backpacks, ensuring they start the year equipped and confident. For less than $50, a significant difference can be made in a young man’s academic journey.

2026 Treasure Hunt Conference

(THCon2026)

The Treasure Hunt Conference is our signature event, intentionally designed to educate, empower, and inspire. The conference brings together dynamic men who share actionable strategies to strengthen the academic, social, and emotional development of boys and adolescents. Educators, parents, caregivers, community leaders, and college students with their mentors are invited to participate in a collaborative space dedicated to growth, connection, and learning.

Give 10 for Him

Give 10 for Him is our capital campaign to generate funds for our Horace L. Williams Scholarship. With a $10-monthly investment, individuals can help shape a young man’s future. Every dollar helps nurture talent, build confidence, and create pathways for success.

We are seeking 42 individuals who believe in our boys to join our Give 10 for Him campaign by contributing just $10 monthly to our $5000 scholarship fund. This is an opportunity to invest in a young man as he prepares to take the next step toward college and his future.

Horace L. Williams Scholarship

The Horace Lee Williams Scholarship was established to support male adolescents in their pursuit of higher education. The belief that “knowledge is power” is powerfully embodied in the life of its namesake, Horace Lee Williams.

Mr. Williams, the father of our CEO Dr. Rita Williams and COO Sonya Scott, dedicated his life to service and education. It is our honor and privilege to celebrate his legacy while he is still living by awarding a scholarship in his name to a deserving high school senior.
